fennel

fennel...chop up the bulb into bit size pieces, cut up an orange and toss everything with olive oil, lemon juice, salt + pepper...oh so good. crunchy and full of different flavors.

  1. mmmm...I just made this last night but I also added a dash of fig vinegar...and believe it or not, it tastes great with a generous sprinkling of parmigiano reggiano. nice illo, salli!
