spring?

it's been a long winter here in ohio + sometimes ya just have to do something a little silly to keep things fun!

sam is 18!!

our son sam turns 18 today! and we have another snow day! all of his gifts are wrapped in bags + paper i designed for DesignDesign...love those free samples!

between nate + i we designed about 35 cover ideas...this is the big winner!!! nate's curry cabbage recipe! the back cover is equally as cool + awesome. wow...FINALLY!

yay! i stuck it out for the entire alphabet over at lettercult...

philippe from belgium was inspired by "they draw and cook" and started up his version ~

"jazz and draw"! he has an interesting twist...illustrate a song by one of your favorite musicians and attach a link to the music. the artist AND the musician are featured...this is the piece i submitted with a link to susana baca singing "summertime"...pass the word + think about submitting something also.
