our handsome, lovable dear kitty passed away this weekend. his name is eddie-babycakes-sweetest-little-boy-in-the-world....we are so sad + miss him so much. he was only five years old and in all of that time we never heard him hiss or saw him put out his claws (hence his extra long name)
Salli - my heart hurts for you, Dave, Sam & Lee. What a beautiful boy Eddie was. Grief is the price we pay for love but I would pay that price again and again and again. The love a pet is precious.

Oh, I am so sorry to hear about your beloved cat. It is so hard to lose the ones that give us unconditional love and come in furry packages. I wish you a speedy recovery in your grief. : (
