so much excitement!


this is a recipe I created exclusively for Food & Wine magazine when they said they were going to do a feature article on TDAC!!!!! I almost fell over in the bookstore when I opened the magazine ; )

    Pineapple rings never looked so good! Take it easy in bookstores though, you'll do yourself an injury. Perhaps you should take up skydiving, sounds like it would be safer ;-)

    Hey girl, on a side note, I've been skydiving too! Did it when I turned thirty and am biting at the bit to do it again.
