Vikos. see more of their products here. I crumbled this over a salad of arugula, kiwi, cherry tomatoes, olive oil + fresh lemon, S + P.

feta cheese!
I haven't posted one of my "favorite things" in awhile...but then I bought this! and ... well ... not all feta cheese is created equal. this brand is really good...Mt.
